Each profession covers all 59 licensing jurisdictions: the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the territories that license independently. Three professions across 59 jurisdictions is 177 records, each published only once every requirement in it is cited, evidenced and reviewed. The second column is the queue, not a catalog.
How Meridian Licensure works
- Select the professions your institution offers. You are quoted per profession, per year.
- Read the requirements, by state. Each quoted from the source that sets it, with the date it was last verified.
- Record your own determination against them. Your office decides whether a program meets a state’s requirements. We never do.
What Meridian Licensure will not do
It never decides whether your program qualifies.
No verdict, no suggestion, no default. The determination is your institution’s act, recorded against a named person and a date. No setting changes this.
It never shows you unreviewed text.
Requirements are drafted by machine and released by a person. What awaits review is invisible to you: a property of the data, not a check in the code.
It never rewrites what you already relied on.
A published requirement is never edited. A change creates a new version and dates the old one, so a determination you recorded in March still shows March’s words.
It never holds a record about a person.
No names, no identifiers, no academic records. There is no table to put them in, which keeps this outside FERPA scope.

Send the professions your institution offers. You are sent what is published for them today, before anything is signed. Use the contact form and a person answers.
Frequently asked questions
- How often are requirements updated?
- Continuously, and a person reviews every material change before it reaches you. Anything not checked in 45 days is marked stale where you read it.
- Can we license a single profession?
- Yes. That is the unit, and a profession you have not licensed is not readable through any route.
- Is every state included?
- Every profession is scoped to all 59. A state is published only once each of its requirements is cited, evidenced and reviewed, and shows as unpublished until then.
- Do you provide source documentation?
- Yes. Every requirement links to its source, and an evidence export renders each citation against the stored copy of the page.
